Where am I?

What stage would you consider this plant? Germination or Vegetative? It is on its 4th set of fan leaves. Should I start using a fertilizers? Call me incompetent but do I mix some kind of chemical with water and then start spraying? Keep in mind I am living in Viet Nam so I cant just run out and buy miracle grow but I can buy nitrogen pottasium and phosphate pellets. I have also moved this plant indoors and am now keeping it under a 24 hour fluroescent light cycle. What next?

the plant looks like it's in vegetative growth put lights on 18/6 not 24 hours. and yes you can add some ferts now but don't go crazy.don't know about the pellets your talking about but it sounds good.. a little bit each time..good luck

That plant looks great ... and it definately doesn't need any fertilizers at this point. I saw some of your other pictures in a different thread, and it looks like you have some very rich soil there. I'd just keep it like it is for now.
