Where to buy absinthe plants that are psychoactive

Absinth is french and means wormwood. It's the characteristic herb that gave this drink it's name. Additionally theres anise and fennel in it.
The supposed psychoactive effect is most likely due to the alcohol content. No other ingredient (such as thujon) has been found to be psychoactive.

Its a herb called wormwood, but as above, traditional Absynthe is really strong alcohol content.

We bought a bag of dried wormwood at a festival once, you can probably buy it from some 'herbal high' places. For brewing it into a tea or whatever...but In my experience it tastes like crap (really bitter) and doesnt really do anything.
