Which COB set up to go for?

So in my setup above would I be better to go for cbx3590 3500k as opposed to 3000k?
And again for Hlg 240 1400 rather than a 1050?
The hlg 240 @ 1050 can run 6 cobs at 38 watts = 228 watts... @ 1400 can run 5 cobs at 50 watts = 250 watts...
3500k has been found to be the best all around for 3590s.. 1400 ma is supposedly the most efficient power... the hlg 320 @1400 runs 6 cobs at 50 watts = 300 watts...

definitely a little bit of misinformation there

3500k has been found to be the best all around for 3590s.

its the most popular, which doesnt always equate to "best". a lot of people prefer 2700k or 3000k if youre only flowering

1400 ma is supposedly the most efficient power
lower the current > more efficient

1050 more efficient than 1400
700 more efficient than 1050
etc

So im seeing people using the hlg-185-48a lately. It's a constant voltage driver I think?
How does it differ to using a hlg-185-1050a for instance?

Is this driver still dimmable via a switch or on the driver?

Now also thinking of using either Luminus cobs or citizen.

Choice for someone who is indecisive isn't good!

Ideally Id like to use the citizen 1212's as they're so cheap and easy to source where I am, great. I believe be 4000k has a good amount of red and blue spectrum making them good for either veg or flower. So if I were to run 8 of these for veg, what could I add in flower?

Id run the 1212's in a square and have another light fit into the middle potentially with my flowering cobs.

I was thinking of an "add on"/drop in fixture as my veg and flower tent is the same.

I was thinking of 4 other cobs but as there's less of them, and I have time to save up whilst the 1212's are doing their veg magic, what do people recommend?

1825's or maybe some CXM's?

Im totally turned off to cree now what with all the competition!

Have to have easy UK availability or shipping.

Thanks to anyone that can help!

the cxms and the 1818/1825 fill out the hlg185-48a drivers better than the 1212s

they work with 1212s but you leave a little voltage unused

jd, i have everything you need, email is best (V----in sig---- V)
