which leaves to cut off

i think i may have cut off too many or a few wrong leaves.
i know to cut off any that are 3 to 5 inches for sure but thats about it.
the plants are probably in their 2nd week of budding so will this affect the size of the buds?

only cut the ones that are blocking light from the other bud sites.
