Which states have the most relaxed policies towards small time growers (1-2 plants)??? DO NOT include CALI. Weyyyyy tooo expansive I'm specifically referring to mountain states.

ak all the way i live up here no weed grows outside anything you smoke up here was grown indoors so naturally alot of ppl do it and its real lax so long as you dont flaunt it plus dividends are nice, get paid to live here! the thing that sucks about dividends is everyone knows they have money coming so october to december every jackoff and his brother front weed so its a bitch to find.
