Which Strains Are Good For LST?

You should be able to LST any strain, all cannabis grows towards light that I know of.

Phyzix is right, just about any plant will take training the same. If you want to do training like scrog or bending plants in spirals, circles, etc id prefer something that grows tall and is known to be resilient. And when your training remember to bend the highest point downwards, this activates the hormone that sends energy to all branches of the plant(rather than making them top heavy), leaving you with plenty of bud sites and more light exposure to the whole plant.

Nice, so a sativa would be slightly better then an indica? Also as I LST the plant main stem around the bucket, do I tie it down and let the "top" grow back up towards the light, and once it does, retie it down to stimulate another bud sight?

Depends how big you want these plants to get. And yes, if theyre all about the same height all bud sites will get a a good amount of energy. I trained this girl really late in her life so i could only ease her to grow horizontal(i snapped it one day and i tied a stick parallel to it, this makes it strengthen the broken area), but as you can see most of the buds are getting good light and most are developing at a similar rate. You should tie them down if you want them to grow completely away from the main stem but i just bent the branches downwards everyday.
