White Widow, Auto Pounder, Grizzly Purple

First off,

Has anyone grown these auto strains? What was your yield? and can you give me any advice on them?

White Widow Auto - Auto Pounder - Grizzly Purple Auto

I've never grown Autos before and I'm currently germinating these strains. I don't know what type of yield to expect off of an Auto plant (I know many factors dictate this)


Setup:

2 gallon Hempy Buckets
4x4 Tent
400w CMH HID
450w (193 Actual) LED

Planning to add an additional 300W LED



Few more questions:

should I wait for the first signs of hairs to begin Flowering nutes? Should I transition them into flowering nutes by using veg & flower nutes for a week?

Heres a pic of some Autopounders.36 days from germ, & just starting the flower stage, yes a lot of LST, & only in garden soil & potting mix, in plain pots, & a feed of Maxigro
As for potential yield, how longs a peice of string!!
There under a 600 hps

I'm currently growing auto pounder. They are at week 8. The structure is beautiful and there are alot of buds. Not sure yet what the yields will be... one of mine has a 15 inch main cola
