Why?

Can anyone tell me why the police wont let us grow our own GANJA?

I know that they relate this to the so called drug ladder!! lol

For sure if we growed our own it will give us good shit ? YEAH!!!
And this would stop us getting shit weed and also stop the drug lords!!!!! lol
