I bet Gorsuch gets confirmed on the backs of at least 8 establishment Democrats, even though the Republicans just spent 9 months holding up Obama's confirmation.

I issued the bet yesterday, Schumer came out today saying he'd filibuster Gorsuch's nomination, so that pretty much answers it. You should have taken the bet when I issued it, you would have won.

trump will be impeached either when democrats regain control of both chambers, or when paul ryan thinks he can go for the two-fer (pence and trump), or when trump is so toxic that he stains the GOP.
there are multiple very good reasons to impeach him already.
