Where my bud's hanging has the above climate during the day. Colder at night. It's been hanging nearly a week now.
No mold, and showing signs of drying, but still nowhere near dry. Can it dry in those conditions?
I'm considering putting up my spare tent with an extractor and maybe an oil filled rad set low. Thoughts?

It'll take a LONG time for bud to dry in 70% humidity and you risk mold growth, i'd recommend getting a dehumidifier unless you don't mind the wait and risk of mold. Some people actually prefer a nice slow dry, but I think even those people have at most 60% humidity

Yeah, seemed a little borderline risky to me so I just built up the old home box to dry in. My vk extractor is stupidly loud, but hopefully this can all be got down to a jarrable dryness in a few days...
