Will CA Dispensaries no Longer Require Cards???

If this legalization prop passes in November, will dispensaries be allowed to sell to anyone over 21 yrs old regardless of whether they have a medical card or not?

only if they buy a license like a liquor license to provide it to everyone..

Only speculation, but I think the DEA will sweep in and knock down any heavy hitters.

As to the legal battle, I'm sure someone will figure out how to push it to the Supreme Court and make it a State's Rights issue. (Which is what it should be anyway).

obama has always been a proponent of states' rights - he will let it happen without any kind of battle.. the feds will only step in when there is violation of interstate codes - they will be watching for people moving large amounts out of CA, etc..
