So, what do you think, boy's and girls?

Do you think there will be a continuation in the House of Representatives to ignore the prevalence of gun violence and mass murders in the US, almost all caused by assault weapons with high capacity magazines, or continue to suck NRA dick, and a few million gun owners?

I say, nope, it ain't going to change a fucking thing.

They will always have a lame excuse and they are pretty much all stupid enough to accept them at face value. These people believe that the Cassidy-Graham Act failed because a Republican senator was in the hospital. These people believe that Trump won the popular vote if you take out all the illegal aliens that voted. These people believe that Trump does "working vacations" and conducts important business of state on the golf course while Obama just sung spirituals or break-danced on the links, These people believe that the Trump inauguration crowd was the largest in history. These people believe that people who kill with guns would just rent a u-haul and kill people that way if they did not have the firepower of a WWII company in their possession (a few would do that perhaps). These people believe that the average gunless Joe would run and 3D print a fully automatic weapon in order to achieve their nefarious aims. These people believe Alex Fucking Jones!

There are too many guns out there for gun control to have an immediate dramatic effect - but over time it will work. Records show that many of these mass shooters bought the murder weapons recently before going on their spree. Who knows? the Republicans have prohibited the government from studying such things - because they care about America (lol).

Gun culture is sick - but I am not saying that all that own guns are. I own guns - the type of guns that are appropriate for my purposes.

After they did fuck all about all those kids at Sandy Hook, I can't imagine this will be any differemt.

No, that is not all they did. They made up stories about how none of them really died and that their mourning families were paid actors who did not show the proper amount of grief. They went beyond indifference and crossed over the line to deep, abiding evil.

I am sure Trump would not allow these manufacturing jobs to be eliminated. He is trying to allow manufacturers to ramp up suppressor production with the Hearing Protection Act

https://www.congress.gov/bill/115th-congress/house-bill/367/cosponsors

The bill has nearly 200 co-sponsors in the House, a few of them Democrats.

The liberals can give up their guns first because nobody else is. Banned or not. It's never going to happen.

It will be interesting to see where his full auto weapons came from. I bet he did the modifications himself -- which is already a felony. Where did he go to test them? I guarantee someone else knew what he had.

It was a bump stock. You can buy them anywhere. It's a waste of bullets and you can't aim the rifle for shit. Think about that. They guy was shooting from 566 yards at a downward angle. Research what a bump stock is.

There's lots of lies being spread about the shooting. Like always politicians will ride people's coffins to get elected.

The right to keep and best and was the Founding Father's attempt to even the balance of power between the citizens and the government.

In the days of flintlocks it made sense, in large part because one could not use such a weapon to commit mass killing.

Recent events have shown that technology can and has far outstripped their intent and the current nationalist stance on gun (lack of) control puts thousands of lives in danger every year.

If citizens want to feel secure from their government, then we must insist upon the demilitarization of our police forces and the institution of full collective AND individual accountability for those at all levels of authority.

It was clearly effective to kill and maim on a mass scale.

The difference between internal parts to make a weapon fully automatic and a bump stock to achieve the same end is at best an issue of semantics.
