Will this fan be strong enough?

So i have a cab thats 25"x21"x49". I plan on growing with 150hps using this cool tube https://www.rollitup.org/newthread.php?do=newthread&f=66
and ill be using this diy scrubber https://www.icmag.com/ic/showthread.php?p=509470

My question is will i be able to pull air through the scrubber->Cooltube->Fan->exhaust exit with this 4" Growbrite fan?
