If you selectively prune off every other node, you can grow "flat" plants, but to be honest, that set up is not ideal for large plants at all. It might be awesome for autoflower strains though though! Good luck! :)

I have never used one that size, but my first dwc grow was started in an 18 gal tote and it got to crowded with 6 plants, switched to 5 gal buckets, that was to hard to take care of single buckets,so now I have a rdwc set up that I made myself, its only 4 buckets but thats enough for my needs, with that 10 gal. res once your plants get big there going to take in alot of water, mine were taking over a gal. a day per plant in the 5 gal buckets.so you will have to add water daily, also less water warms quicker and you dont want your nutes to be above 70 max. I try to keep mine between 60 to 65. hope this helps

i would use that setup for cuttings that were small about 3" veg till 6" then flower them but as snocat says in post 5 less water will get warm much faster and temps gota be under 70 plus nute change over would be difcult unless u had same size container so u could jus pick the lid and move it across. i like to have about 1ft distance from each net pot or 1 1/2ft from each net pot......

but thats me you can do it anyway u like my friend

p.s fogger i have neva used
