wiring help

ok so i have 12 cfl's and 12 light bases i tried wiring it all together and the light seem to either not turn on or dim really low im not an electrician so anyone out there that can help i will gladly appreciate it

ever think about some 4ft cfls? fixture i saw at walmart a few days ago for $15 dual bulb... and the bulbs are cheap too 2 pack 6500k $10

there all 27w 5500k i dont think it has to do with my place or the electricity its the way that its wired i think im doing a stealth 2 rubbermaid grow so not much option for the 4 footers there and the sockets i have can hold the volt/watt

Negative- Positive all the way thru till on the last 2 one N wire was left and on the other a P wire was left when i plugged it they just seemed to not get enough power

i've also got a cpu fan with 4 wires on it blue, black, green, yellow i cant seem to get it going any1 know anything on this

You have them wired in series.

They need to be wired in parallel

Meaning all the white wires are tied together

All the black wires are tied together

Then attach the plug wires one to white one to black
