Ok so i just purchased a bag of worm castings and it reads as follows:

N 1.5%
P .7%
K 1.5%
Cal 1.6%
S .2%
FE .1%
Mag .3%

Im Wondering if anyone has any more info on Worm castings and their contents?

what are some different methods of application?

To get all the details try writing the maker or send in a sample for analysis. The nutritional values are a reflection of the diet provided to the crawlers. Bagged and stored castings are generally less biologically active than fresh harvested.

Castings are good as top dressing, as a fraction of the potting mix ~10%, as a tea ingredient both aerated and basic extraction.

There's plenty of maniacal worm keepers online who love to chat and post info about their obsession.
