worried about growth

JHi guys, this is my first grow. I ordered an auto online, things started fine but now its not looking so good. It's been just over a month now and my plant is only 3-4 inches tall. I'm no expert but shouldn't she be a couple foot tall by now? Last wweek I dropped her, she came out of the pot but the roots weren't visible and protected by a mold of dirt. A week after dropping her it seems she just won't grow in height. She keeps drooping then the next day sshe's standing really tall, so I'm not sure if she's still recovering or she's had enough. She is showing some yellow on the leaves trying to sprout at the top, but overall she don't look too unhealthy. I'm just really worried about the growt. She has a 2 month life span, will I even get to the flowering stage?

You definitely have a problem there, but you've provided no details so it will be tough for anyone to help. Soil? Nutes? Watering schedule?

I'm sure dropping it set it back to some degree, but it's still way too small for its age. The drooping during the day, and recovering at night is usually a sure sign that it is not receiving enough moisture. That could be due to root system damage from the drop. Or, you could just have a dud. I germed a few OG Kush in May and one of them grew to two inches, then just stopped like yours. The other two, which were treated in exactly the same way are now just under four feet tall.

I'm using miracle grow soil and miracle grow fertilizer. I haven't fed her yet, I've heard you should wait at least for the 4th node. Would nutes help in this situation? She's in 3 gal pot, put the seed straight into soil. I've been watering every 2-3 days, 250ml. I think I may have been underwatering her, because a couple weeks in I read that 3 gal pots should be watered with at least a litre. I've not ph'd the water either. I think its growing in very tiny increments, though.
