Would it be safe to send seeds to my neighbor's house

This is my first time buying..But know people that have bought here for a few years and quick ,reliable good seeds. In origanal packages from the farms......Head Shop : Shop for bongs, pipes, chillums, pot pipes, digital scales and vaporizersThey always have to sign for the package...And I will have to for mine. east coast USA here.Email from them says they are shipped and I will have to sign for the package.Its just this sites policy to send the package with sign for as proof of delivery.. 4 peeps I know never have had a problem...Receive their seeds within 10 days and they always sign for them.

Glad to hear u ordered some seeds. I guess each state postal service is diffrenent because here in california, the post office holds ur pacakage and sends u a lil brown slip to ur house. Then u go pick them up at ur local post office.
