Would this be good to water my seedlings?

So my seedlings are getting along quite well, see the pic. I was hoping to start feeding them something other than water. They are in solo cups and the soil is black gold potting soil enriched with ewc. I was going to mix up a tea of 1 cup ewc, 1 tbsp. molasses, 1/4 cup rehydrated alfalfa pellets in 3 gallons rain water. Would that benefit them? I'm thinkin oh yeah!!

I think the tea would be ok. Probably not necessary and more like half those inputs for that amount of water. Before the tea, I would seriously consider upcanning them, and maybe tying them down.

personally i'd just transplant those and train em down a lil, leave the tea for later.
the transplant will help them a hundred times more than a tea would.
