sorry fellah but it is practically useless to the best of my knowledge i would check with someone else to be sure thought. It emits very little red and blue which is what the plants like, if you want that kind of power get a high pressure sodium light a son-t agro bulb would be nice too it will set you back about 100 quid without an agro bulb the agro bulb is about 40 quid (ish) thats for a 400w setup that should cover 4 to 6 plants.
im only using a standard bulb but the agros are recommended.

Mouse, you paid a lot for your lights. I got mine with bulbs, built in ballast so you can run directly from the mains. 165 quid the three. We got a bit of a deal because we paid cash. Two metal halide and one hps all at 400w. You need to shop around, grow shops are extortionate. Just see what they are selling that you need, then get it cheaper somewhere else. That's my motto.

Sorry farmer, definitely will not work.

i didnt pay for it my friend did but he cant grow where he is so i said i would swap him for some of my first harvest (not my first grow)
