they found paraphernalia and baggies they said they thought he disposed of the drugs. i say it was planted; dude obviously just got out of bed and had no time to flush

Notice they didn't even know the miranda rights they had to find someone with a card with the miranda rights written on it.. How are cops allowed to inforce the law when they don't even know it.
