Yellow veins red stems?

Leaves have started to turn yellow in the veins and the stems are turning redish
Any help would be greatly appreciated as every where i look online im getting mixed issues, multiple outcomes ect....

more info, are you using distilled water? what soil, nutes.etc.....

Im using

Biobizz light mix
I have biobizz grow,bloom,topmax, have only fed small amounts of grow so far, maybe half ml to 1l water,
Bottled water, not tap (ph 6.1)

looks like you may need to up the feed a little

Ahh ok then not too bad, i was a bit wary of starting too much nute, so ill up it to 1-1 and see how it goes, thanks for your reply
