Yellowing leaves on babies.(Pic)

I got 3 plants and one has yellowing leaves and the other two are kind of drooping. They also have purple stems. Does anyone know what is causing these problems

that soil is made to feed plants for months without having to add outside ferts, it could be too much for those sprouts but cant tell you for sure as ive never used that soil

I have only had seedlings do this and it was from over-watering. The cloner I bought said to keep the pump on 24 hours a day and they ended up looking like that. I switched them down to 1 minute on and 4 minutes off and they recovered nicely. Of course, yours is in soil so it may just be that there is too much fert (initially) but check your watering.
