Yellowish dots on leaves? Spidermites? HELP!

So i posted this forum the other day, when I noticed bugs moving around in my soil … https://www.rollitup.org/marijuana-plant-problems/811514-1st-grow-bugs-need-help.html

But after I watered, I could not spot anymore bugs in soil. I then learned that spider mites try to move away from the water. Today I saw a few yellowish/whiteish spots on 1 or 2 leaves on one of my plants. Im pretty sure I have a problem, either spider mites or something else. I was told to buy some neem oil and spray it on the leaves of my plants to kill bugs. But the person who gave me this info did not tell me what bugs specifically does neem kill.

I need to know if i buy some neem oil, will it take care of my spider mite problem? …. If not can anyone please tell me how to get rid of the these god damn bugs!

Im pretty sure I caught the problem at the beginning stages, I'm not an expert but that would be my opinion, so if anyone knows how to stop the problem before it gets to serious please let me know ASAP!

Any info or feedback at all helps, please anyone!

Heres a pic of the leaves with dots, and in that forum link up top ^ are pics of my plants.

Bugs are sometimes unintentionally be brought into the grow room by us. Also they come in bags of soil too.
Take a pic of the back side of the leaf plz man. If There's bugs they'll be on the back of the leaf

I checked all the backs of all the leaves on all my plants… literally they look perfect and healthy, the only problem i saw was that leaf i took a pic of. and of course the bugs in the soil. What do you think?

You should get a hand lens magnifying/lens. Spider mites are pretty small. But if you have good vision you should be able to see them without it. Also that looks more like a very slight nutrient deficiency, it could be insect related but its isolated and should be a problem.
