These two gals are doing well for bag seed, first grow. I raised the girls, Jane and Netta, like they are residents of my vegie garden. No specialized soil or nutes, 100% organic. They really started taking off when they saw me off their two brothers, Ferd and Fred. I've been growing a garden for the last 40 years. After retiring I finally got tired of buying.
My only problem is that Jane is getting to tall. She's almost as tall as the fence. My neighbor is real straight and is the kind of guy that would turn me in as his civic duty. Any opinions on what I should do when it starts to clear the fence. If I harvest now will it have any potentcy. It will be flowering for six week on saturday. The plant in the grapes will be safe at least until october. Next year I'll grow them all in the vineyard.

Maybe my definition of bag seed is a bit off. These plants are from seed I found in weed I acquired for $50.00 an eighth. I don't know the strain. I am worried about my neighbor finding Jane. My wife says "yank it like your starting a mower", but Netta can stay.

tie a long string to the top of the plant where the stalk is firm. tie the other end the something heavy. start pulling her over. don't snap it. do a little each day if needed. just wrap another loop around the heavy object. maybe a brick.

ya for sure just bend them, works well for me, mine would be 6' right now but by bending all the limbs that exceed my height limit, it stays at about 4'. which also increases yield, due to the fact that your undergrowth turns basically all into colas.
