Yield sufferage from pollination...?

How much is my yield going to suffer if I open pollinate my girls with a lone male in the middle? Leave him there for a week of flowering to get everyone nice and covered.

Does it matter WHEN I pollinate? Will the buds keep adding new flowers as the fertilized flowers make seeds? Or does everything pretty much shut down to make seeds.

If I pollinate early, at the beginning of flowering, (just let everyone flower together for a while) is there much loss of new flower development?

I usually just pollinate a branch here and there, but it's usually one variety...this time I have 5 that I want all crossed with the same male...Apollo 11.

The reason I ask is I'm lazy. I'd rather not hit each branch separately but I also don't want to lose TOO much of the yield.

BTW, I've smoked some DAMN good weed with lots of seeds in it.
