While I'm keen to get into my next run. Even before this one is out.

I want to make sure I've got all my bases covered before dropping the next bean.

While the fridge would've meant better stealth. My other options are to find a skinny pantry or dresser thing then modify as needed. Or buy a Secret Jardin HS40.

The pantry option isnt much different to what I'm currently using. Just that I could fit all the necessary, proper parts. Rather than half arsed improv.

And the SJ-HS40 I'm not too sure about. I mean they look good. But, I don't know crap about them. Also. Wouldn't that be more obvious than a modified cabinet or fridge?

I've got another question for you lot.

Can I use a meat curing rack to dry my greenery? I've got this blue net thing that's designed to hang up and dry meat in it. Is that feasible to use. Or does the herb need to be dried in the dark too?

This is from last night's feed. pH 6.
I really like the metal wast bin for planting them in. I bet its good for airrating the roots and water run-off. I just did a fridge build. Challanging to get the heat out and stay stealthy. I gutted every thing and reused the fans that cooled the sealed unit and the small fan that cools the bottom half of the cooler, to circulate the aire from the bottom up. I still had to cut port holes in the top though . With a 600watt hps it was around 93°f so i ported the top and re routted the fan to suck air in from the outside through a square knock out i cut and then installed the foam box i prebuilt to accept a 3inch dryer hose to go between the box and blower fan. fan and with the cooler weather rightnow its about 70 ish. So the plants like it. Something else I noticed, the walls inside are very reflective. I put some reflective foam in there inadition ti a 19 watt full spec cool spec duel led fixture for some extra color spec coverage. but i still want to put some cree led kits instead of the hps. I would need less fans.

Was yours inside the home or out. I have no smell but its bedside of the 2 cfl fixtures i installed above the fridge unit to help cover the light protruding from the port holes. If mine was inside it might not mask it enough.
I guess im just asking what were some of the biggest problems you had

Those bins are good for drainage. However, they're also good for making a mess.

My main issues are being inexperienced. And having water that's highly alkaline. I'm forever trying to get the pH leveled.

Good fans... I can't stress enough the importance of good airflow and exchange. Even with only 90w of decent led lighting. My cabinet will hit 28°c on a 20°c day. But that's largely due to having crappy pc fans for air exchange.

Mine isn't in a fridge just yet. But, it's indoors. 80cm height by 40cm by 40cm width and depth. No smell just yet. But it's only just been flipped to flowering a few days ago.

I'll upload photos of the plants progress tonight.

17/11/16... just a qick pic. Not sure if it's getting better or not. Still looks a bit yellow. I'll give it another round of low pH feed when its drier.
Looks good:leaf: going well the waste basket is a great idea,:leaf: see if it fits into a 9 ltr laundry bucket it will catch the mess an make it easier to feed water using the dunk an drain method:leaf:it is looking great just let it grow you have it sorted look but dont touch  dont look at it for 24 hrs if you can resist :weed: their time is not that far away:shock:I have managed to not look for 48 hrs :leaf: I just ignore their calls an get a surprise when I open cabinet,:leaf::peace::leaf:happy gardening:leaf:

Ive grown in my attic in a reflective box that i tapped the ac to vent (70 to 75 at all times )
But that was cfl i bought a 600w digi hps/mh but it was after flower. Im now drying one of the smaller plants. But they are all pretty leafy. The trichs are getting more dense but i think its because i used 6500k lights pretty much 2 3rds of the grow then went to hps with a 7500k color spec. But yeah good clean air. As it was in my attic (not the cleanest place to grow) there was little co2 and with the mixture of lighting issues, and poor air quility it produced lots of leaves as a way to get more co2 out of the air (more leaves more foiler feeding sites) you need good ferts that dont have nitrogen in them and i had tiny twisted leaves so i bought 0-50-30 and that could have caused my leafyness too. But who knows still smokes good i pulled a bit that dried a little faster. Still tasted like hay but i did get ripped so. But when you get in that refridge it will be hot. Idk if i said this but its not easy to conceal the light and keep it cool.

I wanted the fridge. But, yeah. It's not there. So I'll just go with a regular grow tent off eBay. Save myself the hassle of finding and sizing up things to convert.

My plant gets plenty of c02. It sits in a room where there's at least one person 80% the time.

I'm looking at a secret jardin: dark room 60. And @THE KONASSURE is looking at some leds that might be apart of the next build.

Everything is coming along nicely man. This is such a great thread to watch. I applaud you for throwing up so many pictures along the way. It makes for an exciting read. If you are using your phone, I just wanted to drop a hint. Turn of location settings and check your photo information for geo tagging because when you put up photos from anything with gps capabilities, it includes your location information in the pictures coding that other people can access. Not trying to spread any tin foil hat theories. Just something I was reading the other day in a prohib-land thread.

Hey what's this @THE KONASSURE led business you mentioned? Or should I just do a search?:dunce:
