it's only a setback to their wallets.
it's a great step forward (back to where we were) for patients!!!!!

"broader overhaul" could mean many things. When they introduce legalization rules, rec users will also get a limited number of plants. I think what will happen is dispensaries will be permitted to operate as a storefront for patients and rec users, but only allowed to sell LP shit, thus giving the lousy producer access to the rec market. It will be 2018 before the rules come into effect, imo, so times is gonna be lean for the next 18-24 months. I predict many of the 34 LP's will fail or be absorbed by others during this time. Almost brings tears to your eyes...from laughing so fucking hard.
