Young leaves severely curling down and stunted growth in 3-4 week of flower...

4 babies all doing great for my first time except the last 2 days.young leaves are sharply curling down on one and this is now passed on to the others.My levels are all good,I may have an issue with ferts or to much water as I just flushed them before flower,but my water schedule has been good and I am slightly under rec. dose of ferts...water when the pots light...it`s been working,Just wondering if this is normal at this stage.Is there a period during flower where you might see the stunted growth and change in the leaves.I know they may yellow up near the end of flowering but....(scratching head)

ya I just fed them,I actually dont have the capability to put pics up ATM sorry.I guess I just need to know if any major changes happen at the 3-4 week of flower normally or if not then I have a problem here it looks like.All I can find is info about leaves curling and it means water stress most of the time...I dunno Ill figure it out I guess.....
