Your advice for a newbie please

I am new at growing pot. I had some seeds so I decided to plant some. I started them off as seedling in a small pot then I transplanted them into latger pots. I have 4 plants from 2 - 2 1/2 feet tall (SEE PICS). This has been an experiment for me...trial and error. I really don't know what I am doing so I ASK FOR YOUR HELP.

I am in Southern California...

What are my next steps? Should I leave them in the current pots or move to larger pots?

Can you tell me what type of pot this is?

What type of fertilizer should I be using? Can I get something at my local garden center? (be specific, not scientific...I'm a newbie remember)

It is now September 9th and they are not flowering...what I should I do?

How soon will it be before I can have something I can smoke?

Where can I get some quality seed for my next grow?

THANKS SO MUCH EVERYONE!

no i think people are just tired of answering the same questions all the time from people that are too lazy to push keys. i gave you a link to more pot growing information than you can handle, what more do you want? nobodys going to hold your hand. be more independent.
