Barney's Sweet Tooth but this 45 day La Diva may trump it. I'm on day 47 from sprout and she's done unbelievably with a great yield to boot. Estimating around 90-110 grams trimmed and dried.

It's in the genes of "auto's", that's why the they have a short veg time -remember to switch your lighting for flower stage - as for nutrients take it easy on auto'd they really don't need high NPK ( example veg use 10-5-10 and for flower use 1-2-1) Auto's have made a big inprovments in the past years - when they first came out about 5 years ago they (auto's) were not very desirable

When ever you start to see flower development = flower stage - right? do you use a different light spectrum for flower? (2400k)_

i use a lumatek high par hps the full grow and supplement the blue spec's
when vertical stretch stops ( preflower stretch ) is the end of veg imo because then it starts actually flowering .......
preflowers are just a show of maturity

Both sound like good lights and also PAR is another way to check if grow space has enough light - many use "lumens" (their is a formula for) to determine wattage/lumen amounts need for you grow space
