Hello RIU,
I am a MMJ patient, attempting a completely legal grow for patient purposes ONLY. I have been using medical mmj to treat muscle and back pain from an extremely rare mitochondrial myopathy. Sounds like I'll be this way for as long as I am breathing, so I've found a solution for my pain/trembles that does not entail a new liver or a new set of kidneys down the line
. A family member has agreed to be my caregiver and provide the medicine for free or near free, as long as I help them set up the room and teach them about the plant itself. Being a noob myself(everyone starts out there right?), I've directed them to numerous posts on here as well as gc(def more info here tho). My CG plans to provide medicine to four other patients as well. This is my take on the situation. I wouldnt think that a patient would need more than two plants a month (2-5oz). Does this sound about correct? I've thought about having three tents in the grow room (one veg, two flower) and an old dresser converted to a cloner. I figure that they would need no more than twelve plants per month, so does 3 4 x4 tents with ten to twelve plants each with a 600w HPS for flowering and MH for veg? Or should I make the flowering tents slightly bigger? I read on gc that a scrog screen for a 600w hps is only 3.5'x3.5". Is this accurate, or can it be say 4 x 4 or 5x5? I'm not completely sure on how far apart to space the plants. I plan on using a five gal bucket hydro or pvc mister system. Would three tents with one "batch" produce an even flow of twelve plants harvested per month? I've also read that fox farm has good nutes. What nutes do yall use for your girls? Also some info on the cloning process and if gel/powder is worth it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks RIU, I feel like you guys are somewhat of a family
