Your experience with renting? Dangerous or not?

What are your thoughts/experiences on renting a place, besides your domicile, to grow weed in?

I'm talking about anything from a 2-3 piece office apartment to a full sized weekend house.

What do you think of the security aspects and equipment set up - ever had any trouble? (Money is not the issue here).

I always liked commercial space. People ask less questions about big boxes. If you are lucky to find the right place, and have a good story your golden.

If you don't own it I'd expect someone will stop by eventually.... If money is no object, buy a place...

Just thought of an excellent idea. I could claim that I'm renting the place for my "grandfather" and that I'll only be stopping by to check on him every few days. TV will always be on - probably a good excuse for if no one ever answers the door. (He has bad hearing, and on top of it the TV was on, so he couldn't hear).

This would also explain my frequent visiting....

Lol until someone decides to come over to say hi and pounds on the door but doesnt get a response. Then assumes that your "grandpa" is dead and either bust in or calls the cops...

be aware when renting they only need to give 24 hour notice to enter. If you missed the notice via mail or whatever you are screwed.

Haha yea you're right....

I don't know about "inspections" though... Do ALL people do that?
