i use fish emulsion, guano, worm castings and molases but I don't grow outdoors.

Fox Farm, Molasses, and MaxSea. I don't see much about MaxSea on here but I love the stuff. It is a mix of organic and chem, so it gives me all the micronutrients I need.

I doubt it. For some of the effect of superthrive without the chemicals try using some alfalfa meal.
Turns out the growth booster in superthrive is also in alfalfa naturally. can't think what it's called but i'll look it up if you want.
