I found this site and thought some may find it useful. It can tell you the first and last frost dates for your area, depending where you are. No exact dates though - just to give you an idea mine are; first Autumn frost; mid October, last Spring frost early may.I believe it has every major city in the UK as well as US and Australian states.

It also has lots of info on the growing of legitimate plants - that's how i found it in the first place. Hope people can find this useful.
Another thing i've just found is Hardiness Zones. To give you an idea of what they are.

Damn hills putting me in zone 7! You should be able to find yours if you type in "Hardiness Zone map" followed by your location in Google.
