I collect Meteorites.
I have a piece of the Moon (NWA 5406), Mars (NWA 1195), a case sample for Mercury
and others. The Mars piece is ultra rare and is featured at the NASA/JBL website,
Smithsonian, Harvard etc.....websites.

Cool man, I have a couple of meteorites.
This is my favourite.

I'm having a mind blank atm, and can't remember what it's called, but it's from one of the more common fields. I just love holding it :)

I also prospect for gold and fossick for gems, and metal detect when I get a chance.

Any reason to get out into nature and away from the wife and kids :)

That is a very nice specimen! Looks like
a Campo Del Cielo 1576 from Argentina.
It is a nickel/iron fusion core.
There are no nickle/iron fused rocks on Earth.
Heavy piece.
Thank you for sharing such a
wonderful Meteorite!
They sure are very fun to collect!
