Just hoping to get some input on what the community at large thinks would be the most efficient grow setup.
What lights deliver the best performance for energy consumed? 600w HPS? T5's? LED? Which hydro system uses the least amount of water, specifically, which system has the smallest amount of waste water? Hempy buckets? DWC? Or is soil inherently more efficient than any hydro system?
Basically what I'm looking for is a system that produces a rather large amount of quality bud in relation to the resources consumed to produce it.
Based on what I've read on this site and others I'm leaning towards the 600HPS and Hempy buckets, but there are other factors to consider with the HID lighting such as cost associated with cooling the grow room.
I'm just looking for a little more food for thought. What've you guys got?
