your way to dry

hi! there are lot of way how to dry marijuana, but please tell me easy understandable way to dry my plants! how long and how is your best way to dry them?

I hang them in a cabinet within my grow room. I put a 170CFM squirrel fan in the top and vent holes in the bottom - because i live in AZ where the humidity is low and temps usually higher than ideal i also pipe cool air from the a/c straight into the squirrel fan and keep a bowl of water in the bottom of the cabinet.

It takes me about 4 days to dry my meds and then i begin to cure in glass jars.

I just hang mine in my grow closet for about 4-5 days until they feel slightly crispy on the outside, then I cure in a mason jar.

All of the above. You have to have decent air circulation and your RH should be about 30% to 40% (You don't want to dry TOO fast. Props to jjlongo there). I made a drying cab that pulls air out of the bottom with a passive intake at the top. I let them dry in there until the stem just "snaps" but doesn't break. Then, I "bone" the large Colas into nuggets by trimming them off the main stem, and put them into mason jars for the rest of the curing process

NO NO NO!!! Thats just the first step. Then you have to CURE them in Jars for at LEAST 2 weeks, opening the jars daily to release moisture. After hanging for 4 days, they are dry and crispy outside, but still wet inside. When you put them in jars, that moisture comes to the surface, and they need to be dried some more. Opening the jars for a couple hours a day for about 6 or 7 days, then putting them up sealed for at least another week will make the difference between good bud and GREAT bud. Go ahead and smoke a couple of them, but you GOTTA cure the rest right. You've put in this much effort up 'til now, Why rush?
