Most municipalities have water reports that will tell you whats in their water, so check for that to see if there is anything in the water that you need to be concern with. Then if there doesn't seem like there is anything in your water that needs to be removed by a certain treatment process, and your base-line ppm(s) are from 0 to 200 the water is pretty much safe to use, and the higher the base-line ppm(s) are would mean that you probably don't need to add a calcium supplement to your feeding regime, as your water will most likely already have enough in it, but if that's the case, use just epsom salt in-place of using a combined ca/mg supplement to improve the ca/mg ratio in your nutrient mix! And as a side note... most nutrient lines try to make you believe that cannabis plants like a 3:1 or 2:1 ca:mg ratio, but I have found that cannabis plants need just as much magnesium as they do calcium. And really there are some strains, that like almost 2x more magnesium than calcium in their root zone,

That reading is telling you that you have added ~ 900-1000 ppm of nutes, which is fairly high for young plants.
The bottles say to use so much so you go through them faster...for the most part.
If you go to the site of the nute brand they usually have a better chart for cannabis.
Most people use half of what the bottles say and a quarter for young plants...some strains like more and some like less.
Hope that helps some...lol

edit: This may help you a little more too...

Dude that’s awesome to know. And our tap water where I live has a ph of 7.8 and pretty low chlorine levels so I put water in pails and let oxygen kill it after two days I use it. I have used calimagic about every third feeding not for any reason other then reading information. I have a ton to learn this is first grow and I’m trying to be as diligent with as I can cause at the end of the days it’s about yield
