zip face hoodies?

Anyone know where to buy these? I am near Seattle, so I've got a pretty big selection of places to go. I really want one of these though after a friend showed me his from the UK and how you hotbox them. Seriously, they're amazing. Take a hit + zip it up all the way + rebreath = well toasted! A little personal hotbox!
