breaking branches

So, just wanting some oppinions here on if this is salvageable and if so, how to help my poor girl out... So, I accidentally left a jug of water sitting in a somewhat unstable manner above/next to one of my plants (my favorite one, too :/ ) and overnight, it fell and broke half of my branches...

Are my Plants too Big? Bottom branches keep breaking. Still fresh green. When branches harden, will they hold the weight of the buds? Should I use ribbon to tie them up? I have tied one up already; also I spread the branches out to allow light and air toward center. Any advice would be great...
