Anyone know the best recipe for DMT?

Hi, I've never tried DMT or even mushrooms for that matter. I smoke weed daily and that's about it. There's a bunch of DMT TEKs out there but I was wondering what in your guys experiences are the best ones for beginners? The easier and "cleaner" the process the better. Thanks for any replies!
