fly

I have just 2 seeds that popped today. They haven't even shed the husk and I saw a small fly on the coco. The seeds are in Rapid Rooters in Canna coco in cups. I sprayed a little Takedown on the coco and tried not to spray the Rapid Rooters. I can see a few tiny white specks on the Rapid Rooters...

I noticed a ton of my leaves being eaten and found quite a few of these but much smaller... two weeks later i find a huge one. I never had fly's before but about two weeks ago i had a ton of fly's in my grow room and im sure they brought in these catapillar looking things and spread around...
