If you guys ever have insect problems like fungus gnats in your soil I highly recommend mosquito bits. Works great and also doesn’t harm your plants. Flipped to 12/12 (Blurple Alert)

So I flipped to 12/12 because of height concerns (hoping the second one gives some height perspective). The Nitro had a bit of root rot and fungus gnats so I hit the soil with a 1:1 solution of hydrogen peroxide and RO water and covered loosely with foil to contain the gnats while the larvae...

    Fungus gnats

I have tried everything organic I can, I figured out if I take a utility lighter and scorch them on the dirt they do not like it so much. You can smell their sex organs frying up, they smell like burnt hair. This also helps with the larva. I think this is as good as any other organic way.

    Giant Mutant Fungus Gnats
