help me growing firat time calcium burnt awww

Been wanting to grow but kinda iffy about it.. just something personal not to big you know..

hey I'm new to growing and this little grill has been growing for about just over a month and I thing she has a calcium problem how would I treat it the best way and if I leave it be what could I expect ? please help !
