new tranplanted clones

I have 1 week old transplanted clones in 1 gal pots. They are under a mars II 1600. At first I had the light about 2 feet above and since have moved it to 3.5 feet above due to 1 plant having the leaves , since removed, showing heavy phospherous def. Signs by turning dark brown and curling back...
