partial harvest

Im planing to partial harvest. So my question is should i flush before i cut some buds if yes then should i flush with phed water or florakleen? and for how long?

Going to be harvestin the top first and see if the bottom will grow. Any suggestions on harvesting based on these trichomes? Should I harvest tomorrow or give it another week before I start chopping?
