ph foliar feeding

I'm thinking of foliar feeding and here's my question after I add my nutrients to the water do I ph the same as watering or does it even matter so anyone who's been in this position help me out should I ph the nutrients I mix up for foliar feeding and what's the proper ph I ph my nutes at 5.8...
