seeds sprouts help

Hi, When receiving new fem auto seeds what do I need to do before planting the seeds?

Hey Farmers ;) I got my new sprouts going, on a side of this I got some seeds from Elev8 seeds, and they suck ass out of 6 only 2 showed up, and have been stunted for some time now. I got new seeds, about of 25 - 22 have sprouted, are a bit stretchy. I got them under Timber 900watt lamp...
