How do the new nichia cobs perform compared to the latest cree, vero or lumileds gen3 for a smaller size LES (~15 mm) ? I did some quick calcs based on the data sheet which implies ~168 lumens (5070 lumens, 860ma, 35.1 Vf), which is not too shabby. spectrum is similar to a cree 3070. Opinions...
